We use an April 30th cut off for each age group

I.E. 9U players may not turn 10 prior to April 30

Our tournaments are for teams affiliated with their community baseball programs. No club/academy teams without approval from the De Pere Youth Baseball Board of Directors.

5/2: 7U, 8U, 9U, 11U Open (50/70),11U C (46/60), 12U Open (50/70), 13U (Pony)

5/3: 10U, 11U B (46/60), 12U B (50/70), 13U B/C (Pony)

1 day event per age/level. Each team will be guaranteed at least 3 scrimmages with a hard 1-hour stop time for each. Perfect opportunity to get your team live game reps heading into your tournament season.

7u-8u: $125

9u-12u: $150

13u: $200

No refunds if a team withdraws ahead of the tournament unless a replacement can be found. Full refund if event is cancelled and no games are played. 50% if 1 game is played. No refunds if 2 or more games are played.
