Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Bay Area League (7th-12th)

De Pere Hosted Tournaments

No refunds if a team withdraws ahead of the tournament unless a replacement can be found. Full refund if event is cancelled and no games are played. 50% if 1 game is played. No refunds if 2 or more games are played.

Fall Ball Youth House League

Refunds (less service fees) will be issued if we are notified ahead of when the season begins. If we have already ordered uniforms, you will be refunded the amount paid, less the service fees and $10 to cover the cost of the uniform shirt.

Tournament Teams

There is no cost to try out. The fee paid at the time of roster acceptance is non-refundable.
